Tell Your Harrisburg Electeds: Leave Medicaid Alone!

We need you to take action now to protect Medicaid in Pennsylvania. HB59 is a bill that will institute work requirements and additional co-pays for Pennsylvania’s Medicaid program if passed. We need all hands on deck to stop HB59 in the Pennsylvania Senate.

7/11/17 Pennsylvania House Bill 59 (HB 59) 7pm Update:

The PA House voted to pass harmful new changes to Medical Assistance (in amendments to House Bill 59) -- piling on new layers of red tape and forcing people to jump through new hoops to keep their coverage -- as a back-door way to weaken and cut the program.

Read Pennsylvania Health Access Network blog post to learn why these changes would be bad for Pennsylvanians.

Email and call your State Senator in Harrisburg. Tell them: NO Back-Door Cuts to Medicaid with New Layers of Red Tape!

PS - For many of us in Pennsylvania, Medicaid is also known as Keystone First or Health Partners.
